Your Profile:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on project management and/or real estate
- First working experiences in the areas of real estate, digitalization or project management
- High interest in the topic of digitalization
- Excellent German and English skills (min. C1)
- Very good MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Team player with high communication skills
- High service orientation as well as a structured way of working
Your Responsibilities:
- Project owner of various digitalization projects in the area of real estate asset management
- Development of retail analytics and prediction strategies
- Functional support of IT-tools in asset management (for example retail websites and CRM)
- Responsibility for retail reporting (such as turnover, footfall and tickets and diverse ad-hoc reports)
- Key-User, user support and onboarding for our asset management retail tools and applications
For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.500 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
