Your Profile:

  • At least 2 years professional experience in the field of hospitality
  • Committed team player with organisational talent
  • Service orientation, proactivity, accuracy
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good English skills (min. B1)
  • Very good German skills (min. C1)
  • Good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sense of responsibility

Your Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for visitors, customers & employees
  • Correspondence and telephone management
  • Appointment planning, coordination and monitoring
  • Preparation and support of meetings
  • Order & management of office supplies
  • Travel bookings
  • Support of special projects
  • Mail and e-mail processing
  • Research activities
  • Coordination of suppliers, cleaners and technical support
  • Creation and analysis of evaluations and reports as well as their preparation

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 2.000,- gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
