Your Profile:

  • Completed economic studies, ideally with a focus on procurement, supply chain management or similar areas
  • Min. 1 year of relevant professional experiences in the area of procurement
  • Sense for price and cost awareness
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Enthusiasm for negotiation and networking
  • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong focus on results

Your Responsibilities:

  • Purchase of various services from office, IT, legal, travel, etc.
  • Independent execution of tenders in cooperation with internal departments
  • Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability
  • Contact person for internal stakeholders regarding topics concerning the respective commodity groups
  • Analysis of the procurement market and evaluation of existing and potential suppliers
  • Negotiation of framework agreements in cooperation with the legal department
  • Execution of various analyses to confirm purchasing potentials

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 2.200 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
