Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration or Law
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a corporate structure, bank or similar, ideally related to bank financings or capital markets
  • Excellent understanding and analyzing of financial data (business plans, financial statement, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of loan documentation, ideally LMA standards
  • Proficient in English and German
  • Well-versed with MS-Office
  • Independent and assertive team player with professional appearance

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and administration of a loan portfolio including the calculation of financial covenants
  • Contact person for banks and internal departments (Asset Management, Accounting, Controlling and Consolidation)
  • Preparation of internal reports
  • Active Support and Participation on routine refinancing activities including in M&A and Corporate Finance projects
  • Active Support and Participation during the preparation of the quarter and annual financial statements
  • Active Support and Participation in the routine budgeting and planning processes

For this position we offer a minimum salary (in correspondence to collective agreement) of EUR 2800 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
