Your Profile:

  • Completed university education in the field of business, IT or process management, ideally with a focus on real estate
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in process management as well as in the digitalization of processes
  • Fluent in German and English (min. C1)
  • Enthusiasm for the digitalization of business processes
  • Team player with a strong service orientation
  • High self-motivation and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the development of a customer portal and an app for our customers
  • Design and optimization of (digital) customer processes
  • Cooperation with IT partners, interface between developers and users
  • Internal trainings, system support, further development of the systems
  • Performance analysis and cost optimization (operating costs, maintenance, investments) as well as coordination of measures for cost optimization with local asset management
  • Optimization and control of operational business activities
  • Support for service provider tenders and quality management
  • Customer surveys and monitoring of customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring of energy consumption

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 2.700 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
