Your Profile:

  • Min. 2 years of relevant professional experience (hotel industry or customer service)
  • Post-secondary business education
  • Basic social media knowledge
  • Well-versed with MS Office
  • Very good English skills (min. B2)
  • Very good communication skills and team player
  • Definitive service orientation
  • Professional and friendly appearance as well as proactive and outgoing personality
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitasking

Your Responsibilities:

  • mycowork office management: hosting guests, management of documents and correspondence flow, provide office supply, service to business meetings
  • Control of budget for mycowork, myconference, myoffice and collecting invoices
  • Support to Leasing and Asset Managers regarding viewings, automatic prolongations of contracts, leasing of myhive flex-products
  • Preparation of reports regarding dedicated flex-products
  • Provide support to myhive events
  • Cooperation with customers and tenants on a daily basis including handling Q&A, sending newsletters, giving information about myhive product, solving simple myhive flex-space related issues
  • Data supervision in myhive app: tenants contracts, additional services
