Your Profile:

  • Min. 2 years of relevant professional experience (hotel industry or customer service)
  • Post-secondary business education
  • Basic real estate knowledge
  • Well-versed with MS Office
  • Very good English skills (min. B2)
  • Very good communication skills and team player
  • Definitive service orientation
  • Professional and friendly appearance as well as proactive personality
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitasking

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality receptionist services
  • Maintaining myhive standards and support of the myhive team (Asset, Leasing, Community and Operations Manager)
  • Organizing concierge services in coordination with the Community Manager (like laundry, taxi, postal services to be provided upon the tenants demand) as well as quality check of the provided services
  • Ensuring that the Facility Protection Instruction and the respective house rules are respected by visitors
  • Support with marketing (implementation of tenant mailings, like lift notices; placement of newsletters; organization of seasonal decorations, like flowers & lobby decoration)
  • Support the leasing and operations manager with on- and offboarding of myhive members and with handling reservations for my room, mydesk, meeting, conference, fitness rooms and other facilities offered in the property
  • Responsible for the overall daily operation of his/her respective myhive properties
