Your Profile:

  • University degree, ideally with a focus on project management and/or real estate
  • Min. 2 years of working experiences in the areas of real estate, digitalization or project management
  • High affinity for IT-tools and the topic of digitalization
  • Excellent German and English skills (min. C1)
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Team player with high communication skills
  • High service orientation as well as a structured way of working

Your Responsibilities:

  • Functional support of IT-tools in asset management (for example retail websites, LeanReal and CRM)
  • Key-User for LeanReal, our Retail Asset Management tool, incl. user support, training and onboarding of new users
  • Project member in various digitalization projects in the area of real estate asset management
  • Development of workflows, system configuration, testing, application deployment and documentation
  • Interface function between Asset Management and IT
  • Responsibility for retail reporting (such as turnover, footfall and tickets and diverse ad-hoc reports)
  • Support in development and execution of asset management improvement strategies (such as guidelines and blue prints, strategy papers and ad-hoc analysis)

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 2.500 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
