Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed technical or economic training (FH, university, etc.)
  • Min. 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of ÖBA or the technical implementation of construction projects
  • Knowledge in the field of building technology (especially on the subject of HKLS offices)
  • Analytical skills to grasp the interrelationships and the overall picture of real estate development projects
  • In-depth knowledge of project processes and the classic PM tools including scheduling
  • Experience with green building / sustainable construction is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English (advanced English courses are offered in-house)
  • Entrepreneurial and resilient personality including willingness to travel
  • Confident and appreciative demeanor paired with a high level of initiative, solution orientation
  • Hands-on mentality, dynamic personality, ability to work in a team

Your Responsibilities:

  • You act as full support for the senior project manager in all economic and technical issues in the context of our real estate developments in Germany and abroad
  • Serial Communication with all project participants (external & internal)
  • Preparation of decision-making bases, project management evaluations, appointment coordination / planning, as well as ongoing reporting to the management
  • Construction management of projects on the part of the client
  • Construction project coordination and monitoring by external service providers
  • Creation of project and budget proposals including internal cost tracking
  • Participation in tendering and awarding processes including contract management
  • Ensuring compliance with the client's project goals with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
  • Participation in acceptance processes (anti-claim management) and ensuring smooth handover to users and facility management
  • Securing the property and project documentation
  • Participation in special projects such as: - Dedication projects - project studies - Inventories

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of 3.500,- EUR gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
