Your Profile:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the operating real estate sector - ideally in an international company
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Experience in the areas of asset management and/or development
  • Fluent in English and Italian, German would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of real estate law and technical understanding
  • Leadership ability, ability to work under pressure, analytical skills
  • High communication and enforcement skills
  • Hands-on mentality, loyalty, above-average commitment
  • High-service and customer orientation

Your Responsibilities:

  • Expansion of the IMMOFINANZ portfolio to Italy
  • Identify the full potential and optimal locations for our brands
  • Acquisition of new project sites
  • Management of IMMOFINANZ national subsidiaries in the italian region
  • Management of operative functions of all local companies
  • Responsible for the following functions and their further development: Asset Management, Center Management, Property Management, Business Development
  • Efficient and cost-conscious management of the organization
  • Representation of IMMOFINANZ towards official Stakeholders & Partners
  • This position reports directly to the business unit management
