Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed technical education (TU, FH, HTL), ideally with focus on sustainability, civil and environmental engineering, building technology, energy and/or law with a focus on sustainability/real estate
  • Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
  • Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards, reporting guidelines and relevant certifications
  • Experience in the real estate industry or first points of contact with the real estate industry are an advantage
  • Proficient in English and German
  • Experience with project management tools and excellent MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong personality with innovative spirit and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development of a group-wide ESG strategy (Environmental, Social and Governance)
  • Staff position that reports directly to the Executive Board
  • Independent evaluation of existing properties according to sustainability criteria (ESG)
  • Work closely with the operational departments to design and implement the ESG strategy
  • Company-wide development of strategies to improve the existing properties with regard to sustainability aspects (e.g. resource consumption, electricity metering, etc.)
  • Contribution of environmentally relevant key figures to be taken into account in investment decisions
  • Public relations concerning sustainability topics
  • Representation of the company in expert panels, lectures, congresses or interviews
  • Preparation and implementation of internal trainings on sustainable property management topics

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 6.000 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
