Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial education with focus on real estate
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in the real estate industry with focus on retail
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Very good knowledge of the local and international retail real estate market
  • Technical understanding and legal know-how
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Team player with entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness

Your Responsibilities:


  • Co-responsibility for the entire international retail leasing portfolio
  • Conception, marketing and leasing of international retail real estate
  • Negotiation and implementation of leasing strategies with the aim of increasing sales and enhancing brand diversity
  • Acquisition, development and maintenance of close contact with attractive customers to ensure a sustainable full leasing and tenant support
  • Organization and implementation of viewings with potential tenants
  • Preparation of leasing and marketing materials
  • Processing of technical and legal inquiries

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.000 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
