Your Profile:

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in hospitality and events
  • Completed Bachelor or ongoing Master studies in tourism & hospitality, business administration or sales
  • Very good English skills (min. B2)
  • Well-versed with MS Office
  • Basic social media knowledge
  • Strong customer orientation and hospitality
  • Team player with strong communication skills and professional appearance
  • Problem-solving approach and attention to detail

Your Responsibilities:

  • mycowork office management: hosting guests, management of documents and correspondence flow, provide office supply, service to business meeting
  • Control of budget for mycowork, and collecting invoices
  • Support to Leasing and Asset Managers regarding viewings, automatic prolongations of contracts, leasing of myhive flex-products
  • Preparation of reports regarding dedicated flex-products
  • Provide support to myhive events
  • Cooperation with customers and tenants on a daily basis including handling Q&A, sending newsletters, giving information about myhive product, solving simple myhive flex-space related issues
  • Data supervision in myhive app: tenants contracts, additional services
