Your Profile:

  • Responsibility for the all retail leasing activities in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic
  • Concept, market and leasing of retail properties in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic
  • Responsibility for ensuring a sustainable and total leasing of objects as well as tenants support
  • Relationship management with real estate agents on the market
  • Management and controlling of the local property management
  • Generating and controlling the budget
  • Organization and execution of viewings with potential occupiers
  • Preparation of leasing and marketing materials
  • Ensuring the database with information regarding real estate market and marketing is up-to-date
  • Cash-flow and portfolio optimalization of existing assets

Your Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a position in the real estate sector
  • Very good know-how of the local retail market
  • Technical and financial understanding and legal knowledge
  • Strong customer orientation and sales focus
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional business relationships
  • Completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on real estate
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English skills (min. B2), proficient in Czech or Slovak
  • Advanced sales and negotiation skills, highly developed communication, presentation and organizational skills
