IMMOFINANZ is looking for young, talented individuals for its Young Professional Programme who are motivated and wish to build the foundations for a successful career within a 12-month period.

We are specifically looking for junior specialists to join our operations or finance departments. IMMOFINANZ offers jobs that will provide you with real prospects as well as sound and practice-oriented training within just 12 months. They will also entail responsibility from the very first day.

How the Immofinanz application process works

If we are a good match, you will be invited to the interview and assessment centre.

The programme starts in September of each year and lasts for one year. As part of the programme you can choose to specialise in either day-to-day operations or finance and will acquire a more in-depth knowledge of three chosen departments by participating in a job rotation scheme, where you will spend 4 months in each placement. Interdepartmental meetings will provide you with an overview of the company as a whole. By training on the job, in addition to working on real projects, you can also complete a stay abroad on a project basis.
