Office Campus Budapest is being developed as a new part of the capital in district 9., in close proximity to the inner city and with easy access to the motorways and the airport. The development will provide a top quality working environment for more than 10,000 people.

The A-class office buildings will each be located in a distinct green area providing an individual feel for each part of the site. The wide range of service facilities and estimated 250,000 m² of office space will satisfy the individual needs of all interested parties. The continuous project development provides for tailored office areas that fulfil all business requirements. The first phase of this major project saw the completion of a building offering approximately 8,000 m² of office space and 4,000 m² of storage space.

The modern building has two reception areas and six lifts. Individual and flexible office suites are equipped with raised floors, four-pipe fan coil HVAC system, 3.05 m internal height, huge opening windows and an abundance of natural light. The building is easily accessible both by car and public transport (train, tram and bus).
