IMMOFINANZ sells one of its main plots in Bucharest
IMMOFINANZ has finalized the sale of another large plot of land in Bucharest. The former Ventilatorul industrial site, with a total area of approximately 53,000 sqm, has been sold to One United Properties.
“We have focussed our portfolio on office and retail properties and are therefore consistently pursuing our strategy of selling properties that no longer fit within our core portfolio. As the Ventilatorul site is particularly well-suited to residential developments, we included it in our sales process and have now closed the sale to One United Properties”, said Fulga Dinu, Country Manager Operations Romania at IMMOFINANZ.

With a portfolio value of approx. EUR 800 million, Romania is one of IMMOFINANZ‘s core markets. The standing investment portfolio of EUR 619.5 million comprises nine office buildings and six retail propertie.
