The company is jointly managed by the Executive and Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board has four members who were elected by the annual general meeting (shareholder representatives) and two members delegated by the Works' Council: Miroslava Greštiaková (Chairwoman), Martin Matula (Vice-Chairman), Iveta Krašovicová and Matúš Sura as well as Philipp Amadeus Obermair and Anton Weichselbaum.
