A security with tradition

Since its initial public offering in December 1994, the IMMOFINANZ AG share has become one of the leading real estate securities on the Vienna Stock Exchange. In Vienna, the share has a market capitalisation at end of period of roughly EUR 2.9 billion (31 December 2023) and is listed in the ATX - which makes it one of the 20 most important stocks in this market. The IMMOFINANZ share has also been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2013.
