Office project Metroffice completes building structure and progresses towards Q2 2016 launch
IMMOFINANZ has completed the structural works for the first section of Metroffice, its newest office development project in Bucharest. With an investment value of approximately EUR 34 million, the first of three buildings will provide nearly 20,000 sqm of rentable space and is set to welcome tenants in the second quarter of 2016.
The structure of the first Metroffice building has recently been completed. The construction will have six floors (ground floor + mezzanine + 4 upper floors) and total rentable space of nearly 20,000 sqm. The rentable areas range up to 3,500 sqm per floor, with a flexible design that allows for individual and open offices.
