IMMOFINANZ: 51st STOP.SHOP. in Ketrzyn opened

Last weekend a STOP.SHOP. opening was celebrated in Ketrzyn, a Polish county capital about 200 km north of the capital Warsaw: in the scope of an action-filled entertainment programme and in the presence of city and county political representatives as well as representatives of IMMOFINANZ Group, the official opening ceremony for the Ketrzyn STOP.SHOP. took place on Saturday night. Afterward Polish pop star JULA thrilled the numerous visitors with a concert. We've brought a lot of pictures with us again – see for yourself.The newly opened retail park has over 5,300 sqm of lettable space; the tenants include both international and national retailers such as media expert, Jysk, CCC, Martes Sport, KiK and Ray. This is the 51st STOP.SHOP. in IMMOFINANZ Group's portfolio and the third STOP.SHOP. in Poland. We opened our first Polish STOP.SHOP already in 2008. After Mlawa (November 2013), the Ketrzyn location is the second independent development to have been completed and opened within a few months. The expansion continues: as many as ten additional STOP.SHOP. locations are planned in Poland. STOP.SHOP. is an umbrella brand of IMMOFINANZ Group for retail parks in the Central European region and is growing continuously – in a few days there is another opening on the agenda in Hungary (this time an expansion). The brand's flexible concept is based on regional shopping centres in central locations with catchment areas of 30,000-150,000 residents. The lettable spaces range from 2,500 sqm to 15,000 sqm and offer visitors adequate parking opportunities, optimal access and a high level of functionality resulting from an attractive tenant mix comprising national and international providers.
