If you would like to exercise one or more of the following rights, please use this form for your application when you want to contact us. The form is intended to provide you with the necessary information and assistance.

The General Data Protection Regulation creates a number of rights for involved persons:

• Information on whether or not we process personal data concerning you
• Rectification of incorrect data, completion of incomplete data
• Deletion of data for a specific reason (e.g. withdrawal of consent)
• Restriction of processing
• Data transmission under certain circumstances
• Objections

Furthermore, the form for reporting violations of data protection regulations can and should be used. In order to ensure the fast and efficient processing of your inquiry, please describe the related facts as clearly and extensively as possible.

When you exercise one of these rights, we will review your entitlement and react promptly, at the latest within one month. This time period can be extended by a further two months in complex cases or when numerous inquiries are received; you will be notified if this applies.

If you are dissatisfied with our use of your personal data or our reaction to the exercise of these rights, you are entitled to file a complaint with the responsible data protection authority (Austrian Data Protection Authority /“Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde“).
