IMMOFINANZ holds new myhive "200 Minutes" after-work event for tenants

Networking plays an important part in our new myhive office concept. Our tenants should have the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas, and to benefit from one another in the process.
In the remodelled myhive buildings there are consequently inviting lobbies and attractive outside areas, which serve as communication zones. There are also all-day cafes and and dedicated tenant lounges.
The myhive concept, including numerous new features, has been implemented in our Twin Towers building at Wienerberg since the turn of the year. We recently also invited our tenants at the Business Park Vienna to the first tenant get-together after office hours. The venue was the new myhive tenant lounge. This was transformed into an after-work location for 200 minutes, with good music, cocktails and canapés. Over the course of 200 minutes, participants chatted, laughed and networked, with one question frequently heard at the end: "Will this event be held more often?" Yes, it will. The next one will take place in the near future. And we also plan to introduce these after-work events at other myhive locations in our core markets.
