IMMOFINANZ – In our STOP SHOP No. 56 Polish and German are fluently spoken

Our STOP SHOP number 56, which opened at the end of May in Świnoujście, is unique not only due to its architectural design - it is dominated by an old, former municipal building from 1890 and is registered as a monument. However, the location of the property should also be highlighted. From Kosciuszki Street, where the retail park is located, it is only 3 km to the Polish – German border. That makes this STOP SHOP popular not only with Polish but also with German clients.Świnoujście is a well-known holiday resort not only among Poles. It also enjoys great popularity among the visiting neighbors from Germany. The staff in restaurants and shops speaks German fluently, and prices are shown not only in local currency, but also in Euro. These aspects are an integral part of this city. Therefore, it was no surprise that the German language was also often heard among the thousands of clients during the opening days of STOP SHOP.

This “Polish-German” catchment factor in Świnoujście also is of interest for our tenants: The property which has a rentable space of 3,600 sqm enjoyed full occupancy on its opening day.

Therefore, „Wir hoffen, Sie bald im STOP SHOP Swinemünde zu sehen…” "Do zobaczenia w STOP SHOP Świnoujście…”
