IMMOFINANZ in Poland: STOP.SHOP. number 5 and 6 underway and virtually fully let

Both in the northwest and in the northeast of Poland, construction of two further STOP.SHOP. retail parks is currently underway, one in Świnoujście and the other in Szczytno. Both locations have rentable space of around 3,600 sqm, are scheduled to open in the first half of 2016 and are already virtually fully let. After Legnica, Mława, Kętrzyn and Zary, Świnoujście and Szczytno are now the fifth and sixth Polish cities in the rapidly growing IMMOFINANZ STOP.SHOP. portfolio.

The STOP.SHOP. in Świnoujście benefits from a central location in the city, surrounded by a large number of residential buildings. There is also a Kaufland supermarket in the immediate vicinity. In keeping with our retail park concept, our STOP.SHOP. brings a previously unavailable retail park offering to Świnoujście.

National and international brands, including JYSK, Hebe, Martes Sport, KIK, and Perfekt Optik already count among our tenants. Architecturally, however, the building stands out from all other locations – the property is dominated by a historic structure, once used by the city as a slaughterhouse and butcher’s shop. Building activities are progressing according to plan: the final work on the interior has already begun and the 77 new parking spaces are nearing completion.

In Szczytno, the STOP.SHOP. retail park is also located in the centre of the city, on a busy street directly adjacent to a Kaufland. The work on the foundations and structural framework is well underway. Media Expert, the two shoe retailers Deichmann and CCC, KIK, Martes Sport and Rossmann have already opted for this STOP.SHOP. location.

A few visual impressions of the progress of the work are attached:
