IMMOFINANZ in Poland: Work is progressing well at VIVO! Krosno
On November 30th a symbolic laying of the foundation stone took place at VIVO! Krosno – the third Polish shopping center to be developed under the VIVO! umbrella brand. The ceremony was well-attended, by more than 70 guests and partners.

Local media representatives, who also participated in the event, were interested in two aspects: how the new center will impact Krosno’s labor market – meaning how many people will be employed at the property – and which tenants will move into VIVO! Krosno. With respect to tenants, VIVO! Krosno will benefit from the well-diversified tenant mix typical for the VIVO! brand, which makes shopping an experience for the whole family. Among our tenants are, for example, Media Markt, H&M and Helios cinema. Altogether, the shopping center will have space for more than 60 stores. After opening, which is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2017, approximately 500 people will work in VIVO! Krosno.
VIVO! Krosno will be distinguished by its architectural form. The facade of the gallery was designed with special emphasis on architectural detail, in order to represent local Krosno glass-making traditions. Plans therefore include stained glass panels, which will be installed in the front facade, glass displays in the inner courtyard and colored illuminated glass, which will be used as decorative elements.
