IMMOFINANZ in Serbia: Here to stay

In April 2015 we entered the Serbian market, with the opening of STOP SHOP in Čačak. Since then, not only have we constructed and fully let two further STOP SHOPs, in Niš and Valjevo, but have also recently established an IMMOFINANZ office in the capital, Belgrade. We took the opportunity to host a friendly get-together with business partners at the office premises in September.Beforehand, COO Dietmar Reindl answered questions at a press conference from 15 journalists on our future plans in this country: "We have come to Serbia to stay, and plan to open 10 more STOP SHOPs in the coming years. This corresponds to a total investment of over 100 million euros", stated Reindl. Further locations are already undergoing evaluation.
