IMMOFINANZ - Information concerning the BUWOG spin-off

At basically the halfway point between our extraordinary general meeting on the BUWOG spin-off, which took place in mid-march, and the probable initial listing of the BUWOG share in Frankfurt and Vienna on 28 April (Warsaw will follow on 29 April), we invited customer advisors from banks and a few of their customers to the event location Thirty Five in Vienna Twin Tower for an informational event this week.IMMOFINANZ CEO Eduard Zehetner and BUWOG CEO Daniel Riedl talked about the reasons for and details of the spin-off, presented the two companies' business models, and answered questions.
