IMMOFINANZ is a Popular Employer and "Best Recruiter"

In recent weeks, we have twice had the pleasure of receiving recognition of our achievements as an employer. In the "Popular Employers" study (conducted for the first time by Milestones in Communication, Faktenkontor and IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research GmbH), IMMOFINANZ emerged as one of the most highly regarded employers in the sector. The study covered the 1,800 companies in Austria, in various industries, with the highest number of employees. It involved the collection and analysis of employees' opinions from social media on working environment, corporate culture and career in the period from February to July 2018. The evaluations are based on statements from employees who work at the companies on a daily basis and the opinions they share online.

But we are not only achieving good results in terms of employee culture - our recruitment process is also attracting attention: In the BEST-RECRUITERS 2018/2019 survey, we reached second place in the real estate sector. The survey analysed online recruiting presence, online job advertisements and treatment of candidates. We out-performed in these areas, and as a result received the BEST-RECRUITERS bronze seal. We are particularly proud of our expertise in ensuring a fast and efficient application process. This is highlighted by, among other things, the applicant ranking on the kununu online platform, where we are close to the maximum score (currently 4.49 out of 5). 

An employer has a great responsibility towards its employees - it is very good to see that our daily work in this respect is now also being recognised externally.
