IMMOFINANZ named as one of Austria's Top 5 most family-friendly employers

IMMOFINANZ is one of the TOP 5 most family-friendly companies in Austria within the Austrian real estate sector in 2020. The Freundin media brand and the kununu employer rating platform honoured around 400 companies in Germany and Austria for being particularly family-friendly, including the compatibility of family and career, a good work-life balance, feel-good factors and equal career opportunities with employers.

Current and former employees of all work groups, industries and career levels rated not only the working atmosphere, work-life balance, salary and equal rights, but also primarily family-friendly offers such as flexible working hours, childcare and company pension schemes.

This year, a total of more than 2 million evaluations of 200,000 companies in Germany and Austria were included in the study, on the basis of which the ranking was compiled.
