IMMOFINANZ on course for retail openings in Poland – another STOP.SHOP. completed in Zary

On Thursday this week (20.11.2014) our newest STOP.SHOP. celebrated its opening in the Polish town of Zary. It is already the third retail development we've completed in Poland this year: with the STOP.SHOP. opened in Ketrzyn in September and the first VIVO! shopping centre in Piła (its opening took place in October), we have a total of nearly 33,000 sqm of newly opened retail space in Poland in 2014, including Zary.But back to Zary: this STOP.SHOP. market has approx. 3,550 sqm of lettable space and covers a catchment area of more than 103,000 residents. Awaiting visitors is a mix of international and national brands such as Natura, KiK, CCC, Deichmann, Pepco, Martes Sport and EMPiK.

With us, action-packed opening celebrations are now tradition – and this time a vivid and varied entertainment programme was also offered. In addition to the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, there were prize draws and attractive gifts. The absolute highlight, however, was the concert by Margaret, a singer known in Poland as well as abroad (for those who aren't familiar with her: she was also on the Austrian charts with her biggest hit "Thank You Very Much").
