IMMOFINANZ: Recently in Moscow and Katowice...

Last Sunday there were thousands of visitors, among them numerous fashion lovers, teeming in our latest shopping centre, GOODZONE, in Moscow. With our "Fashion Day" event we aimed to live up to the our shopping centre's strong focus on fashion.
The event kicked off around noon and lasted until late evening (DJ included). In addition to numerous fashion shows there were also make-up tips. The star guests included very well-known stylist in Russia Vlad Lisovets (he is also the anchor of a few TV fashion shows) as well as make-up designer Elena Krygina, who has also made a name for herself as a video blogger.

The following photographs show our success at appealing to our target group – fashion lovers of all age groups. What's our intention with such events? The tenants at the shopping centre are to be provided with an ideal environment for attracting customers and generating the highest possible revenues. Visitor feedback on the first Fashion Day in GOODZONE indicates that it won't be the last....

About 1500 kilometres southwest of Moscow, in the Polish city of Katowice to be exact, we celebrated the conclusion of the third construction phase of the residential park Debowe Tarasy at the end of June. 317 flats were built in this third phase; the majority of them are already sold. About 100 guests attended the event, first and foremost the mayor of Katowice, Piotr Uszok, and numerous local journalists.

IMMOFINANZ is very well known in Katowice, after all, the shopping centre Silesia City Center, which we sold to Allianz and other investors in 2013 for more than EUR 400 million, is located in close proximity to Debowe Tarasy. By the way, a lot has happened in the last few years in the once classic Polish industrial city (coal and steel). Numerous infrastructure investments are accompanied by the conversion of former industrial buildings into shopping centres, art galleries and museums. We have also brought along a few impressions from Katowice.

You can watch the construction in fast motion here:
