Nearly 17,000 visitors celebrated with us at the STOP SHOP opening in Lazarevac on 14 September. Our fourth Serbian STOP SHOP is located in the south of Belgrade – it has over 10,100 sqm of rentable space, roughly 220 parking spaces and is fully rented. This opening increases our STOP SHOP portfolio to 68 locations in eight countries with approx. 466,000 sqm of rentable space. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony took place during the morning under sunny blue skies. It was attended by Sinisa Mali, the mayor of Belgrade, who praised the fast realisation of the STOP SHOP: Only four months after the cornerstone was set, the residents of Lazarevac and the neighbouring towns now have 23 shops at their disposal. They include Reserved and Sinsay, two brands belonging to the largest Polish fashion group LPP, which has entered the Serbian retail market with this location. The mayor also personally greeted all 23 national and international tenants on his shopping tour of the STOP SHOP Lazarevac.
The rest of the day was filled with a lively entertainment programme for young and old – here a few pictures.
