The shell of our shopping and entertainment centre Tarasy Zamkowe is entering the final phase – but not only is the construction site growing rapidly (impressions of it are available in the photographs below), the marketing activities are progressing at a rapid pace as well.For example, just recently we gained new tenants again for our Lublin project: with GUESS and Waggon Paris two other premium fashion brands have opted for Tarasy Zamkowe.
In addition to these agreements, the Spanish Inditex Group and internationally successful fashion group LPP have already signed leases (we reported on this here) – and the indications are highly promising that the future tenant mix will also be well-received in the future: according to a survey by Millward Brown, 96% of Lublin's residents said they will visit the new shopping centre. The main reasons stated for this were the attractive and varied range of retail stores as well as the city-centre location with good transport connections. That we are bringing several brands to Lublin that have not been available yet was certainly crucial as well – in this respect our response to the needs of the local market with Tarasy Zamkowe has been optimal.
The next steps: the topping-out ceremony for the completion of the shell is planned for June; the opening is to take place in the first quarter of 2015.
