In the last three weeks we have reported bigger local leasing successes to the media in several of our core markets: In Romania, with Ursus Breweries, a new tenant has opted for our logistics property LOG CENTER Timisoara. Ursus Breweries, part of the SABMiller Group and one of the biggest breweries in the country, has leased 9,300 sqm of warehouse space and 10,000 sqm of exterior space for the duration of five years.In Poland agreements for office space on a scale of about 14,000 sqm have been concluded with large-scale tenants in the last few quarters; these involve mainly lease extensions. Several of the names: Estée Lauder with 1,400 sqm in our property Park Postepu, GTECH with 4,600 sqm in Brama Zachodnia, and Orlen Upstream with nearly 1,700 sqm in Crown Point.
And in Bratislava new tenants have moved into our Polus Tower I or have increased their space: IT company DataVard has doubled the its space to more than 1,000 sqm, Bencont, a Slovak financial group, has moved into more than 1,000 sqm. Clusterhaus, our cooperation with start-ups, has expanded its total space as well.
