Large-scale lease for Tarasy Zamkowe
Lublin-based shopping and entertainment centre Tarasy Zamkowe is getting another tenant with LPP – this was communicated today in a local press release to Polish media.Internationally successful fashion group LPP is simultaneously the biggest fashion provider on the Polish market and is leasing a total of 4,200 sqm – this is equivalent to 11% of the lettable space. LPP will be represented in Tarasy Zamkowe with all six brands – Reserved, CROPP, House, Sinsay, Mohito und Home&You – and, after the Spanish Inditex Group (5,300 sqm), is the second renowned fashion retailer acquired for the high-quality shopping centre in the middle of Lublin.
Construction is progressing rapidly: the work on the ground floor at the main building is largely finished and on first and second level is currently underway. The completion of the shell is to be celebrated in the scope of an event in June; the final completion of Tarasy Zamkowe is planned for the first quarter of 2015.
