Your Profile:
- First experience in hospitality
- You are keen on connecting people and creating communities
- You are customer service-oriented
- You have a passion for digital communication
- Excellent communication skills in German (min. C1) & English (min. B2) are required

Your Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact at the myhive Wienerberg welcome desks for our office tenants
- Support collaboration in the community together with the operations management team
- Handle inquiries, site visits, reservations and rental contracts for our flexible office space and conference rooms (myflex, mydesk, myroom, myconference)
- Organise and promote events via the myhive app and engage in diverse activities to boost the participation and networking experiences of the tenants
- Service the tenants in our coworking area with their day-to-day requests
- First level support for technical and safety equipment
- Communicate and cooperate with the property management
- Perform back office management (management of documentation and correspondence, providing office supplies)
- Support the asset and leasing management team
For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of 2.700 EUR gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
