Exercise of shareholders' rights

Every shareholder can exercise his or her voting rights and request information at the annual general meeting.

Shareholders who hold at least 1% of share capital, alone or together, can submit proposals for resolutions to points on the agenda up to seven working days (at the latest) before the annual general meeting.

Shareholders who have held at least 5% of share capital, alone or together, for at least three months prior to filing their proposal can submit additions to the agenda up to 21 days (at the latest) before the annual general meeting.

Please note that the 28th annual general meeting on 19 October 2021 will be held as a virtual AGM in accordance with the COVID-19 Company Law Directive ("COVID 19-GesV"). Information on the organisational and technical requirements for participation in the virtual AGM and the exercise of your shareholders rights (§ 2 (4) COVID-19 Company Law Directive) can be found in the Invitation.

Why should I exercise my voting rights?

Why should I exercise my voting rights?

Because you shouldn’t let someone else make decisions related to your investment.

At the annual general meeting, you, as a shareholder, have the right to decide on important issues involving your investment – like the use of annual profit, elections to the supervisory board or amendments to the articles of association.

We believe your vote is important!

All shareholders who can confirm their ownership of IMMOFINANZ shares as of the record date are entitled to participate in the annual general meeting. There you have an opportunity to obtain information directly from the Executive Board, to ask questions to points on the agenda, to participate in voting and, in this way, to help design the company’s future.

Record date for participation

  • Shareholders who hold shares in the company on the end of the tenth day before the annual general meeting (record date) are entitled to participate.
  • The shareholding on this record date must be verified by a depository confirmation issued by the custodial bank.
  • The depository confirmation must be submitted to the company no later than the third working day before the annual general meeting.

Details and important deadlines can be found in the Invitation to the annual general meeting.
