CPI Europe successfully completed sales of properties in Vienna and Prague as part of a strategic portfolio optimisation.
Two office properties were sold in Vienna, along with the Ramada hotel and the myhive Pankrac House office complex in Prague. The combined transaction value was approximately EUR 115 million, close to the most recent valuation of the properties. Net proceeds were approximately EUR 48 million.
CPI Europe will continue to pursue targeted sales of non-core assets in the future.
