Düsseldorf: two tenants sucessfully signed for myhive Medienhafen

The innovative office brand myhive of the real estate group IMMOFINANZ is ready to open its new location at Medienhafen Düsseldorf.

The first tenants will be moving in before the end of the year. The offices of the IT company The NextGen GmbH (800sqm) and of a ticketing start-up with 570sqm which will take up a total surface area of close to 1.400sqm on the myhive campus.

The lease of both companies is scheduled to start this year. Colliers International has been the exclusive agent for The NextGen GmbH, which will move into 800sqm worth of office space; the start-up from the ticketing industry, consulted exclusively by Anteon Immobilien & Co., will take up 570sqm.
