Upon invitation for the 26th ordinary shareholders’ meeting on 24 April 2019 IMMOFINANZ AG as well as IMBEA IMMOEAST Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH (100% subsidiary) (“IMBEA”) held 7,774,526 non-par value bearer shares of IMMOFINANZ AG as of 17 April 2019.
In the course of the ongoing share buyback programme 2018/2019 IMMOFINANZ AG purchased further 613,000 IMMOFINANZ-shares between 18 April 2019 and 16 May 2019.
According to section 120 para 2 item 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018 it is hereby announced that IMMOFINANZ AG has issued 112,085,269 shares (no change). As per today, IMMOFINANZ AG and IMBEA hold 8,387,526 IMMOFINANZ-shares. Voting rights with respect to these shares may not be exercised (section 65 para 5 Austrian Stock Corporation Act), thus the number of exercisable voting rights is 103,697,743.
