IMMOFINANZ: Bettina Schragl takes over IR agendas

IMMOFINANZ combined its communications agendas into a single department, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, at the beginning of June. It is headed by Bettina Schragl, who has been responsible for Corporate Communications for roughly two and a half years. She will be responsible for the real estate group’s capital market communications as well as internal and external corporate communications.

The previous Head of Investor Relations, Stefan Schönauer, will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of IMMOFINANZ in his new function as Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy. He will also remain in charge of property valuation and corporate finance.

Before joining IMMOFINANZ, Bettina Schragl worked for roughly 18 years in business and financial journalism and also held various management positions in print and online media.

Stefan Schönauer has been with IMMOFINANZ since the end of 2008 and served as the Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations since 2011. In this function he was the project leader, among others, for the acquisition of the DGAG portfolio in Germany by BUWOG and the BUWOG spin-off in 2014.
