IMMOFINANZ: CFO Birgit Noggler to resign prematurely from the Executive Board
IMMOFINANZ AG is announcing that the Supervisory Board today accepted a request by Birgit Noggler to be released prematurely from her position as Chief Financial Officer of IMMOFINANZ AG. Birgit Noggler, who has served as CFO of IMMOFINANZ since 1 October 2011, will therefore resign from the Executive Board today by mutual agreement. Birgit Noggler: "I have had the privilege to accompany the company through a number of challenging periods and the realisation of many successful projects like the BUWOG spin-off since I joined IMMOFINANZ in autumn 2007. Now after more than eight years, including four years on the Executive Board of Austria’s largest real estate group, the time has come for me to change direction.“
Michael Knap, Chairman of the IMMOFINANZ Supervisory Board: “Over the past years Birgit Noggler has made a valuable and lasting contribution to the Group’s professionalization. She played a very important role in the successful restructuring and reorientation of the IMMOFINANZ Group – and the Supervisory Board would like to thank her sincerely for these efforts.“
