IMMOFINANZ Group: Dennis Lin appointed Head of Key Account Management Europe

Dennis Lin has taken over the direction of IMMOFINANZ Group’s newly created department for “Key Account Management Office & Logistics Europe“. In this function, he is responsible for increased cooperation with international tenants. This real estate specialist has been with IMMOFINANZ Group since 2008 and was last responsible for the company’s office and logistics portfolio in Poland.

Similar to our approach in other areas, we are focusing on the development of competitive advantages through customer-oriented strategies“, indicated Dietmar Reindl, COO of IMMOFINANZ Group. “Dennis Lin is the right person for key account management with his expertise and experience in the Group“, added Reindl.

Lin will be responsible for the long-term development of business relations with current and new tenants, among others through active assistance with expansion plans. His activities will also focus on maintaining close relations with local markets, identifying new business opportunities and further developing IMMOFINANZ Group’s office offering.
