IMMOFINANZ in Poland: VIVO! Krosno with another three tenants

IMMOFINANZ announces the names of another three tenants of VIVO! Krosno – currently its biggest development project in Poland in the retail sector. The group of brands that will offer their products at this facility from the fourth quarter of this year was joined by: Home&You, Martes Sport and CCC. 

The construction works related to VIVO! Krosno are being carried out according to schedule. After laying the foundation stone for this project, all the shallow foundations and a significant part of the prefabricated columns were completed. Currently, the general contractor is preparing the  sub-flooring, and will subsequently carry out works related to the future foundation slab.
