IMMOFINANZ in Slovakia: Polus Towers announces completion of modernisation and new tenants
Both high-rise Polus Towers office buildings (Bratislava) have undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, which was officially completed in November. During the modernisation the towers were upgraded in the common areas, such as the reception, elevator cabins and elevator lobbies on all floors.
In addition to maximum functionality, attention was also paid to design and architecture. The reception area features a comfortable lounge atmosphere with seating facilities, a coffee bar and a green wall. Efficiency is particularly evident in elevators equipped with a “destination control system”, which facilitates faster travel times and shorter waiting times.
Furthermore lease contracts have been signed with INTERSONIC, English Success, THE soft and Fleming. for around 1,700 sqm. In total, new tenants will occupy approx. 9,000 sqm.
