IMMOFINANZ, the owner of the BRNO BUSINESS PARK office building, leased approximately 7,500 sqm of space in the modern office complex in 2016. This amounts to more than 20% of the overall leasable area of the four office buildings of 35,000 sqm. Among the new leases there are contracts with NOTINO (4,000 sqm), DIGI Czech Republic (1,230 sqm), Novanta (620 sqm) and the operator of the restaurant Jedna báseň (“Poem”) (640 sqm).
The Brno Business Park (BBP) is located in an expanding area of Brno, and is formed by four office buildings with a total area of approx. 35,000 sqm of office space. The major benefits of the BBP include the variability and size of the area of a single floor, sufficient parking facilities surrounding the buildings (730 parking places), good transport connections to the highways D1 and D2 leading to Bratislava and direct accessibility by public transport (bus/tram).
