IMMOFINANZ has introduced the umbrella brand myhive to the IO-1 office building in Warsaw. The official ribbon cutting took place in the presence of several hundred employees of tenants of this office building.
myhive is an IMMOFINANZ office brand which has already been introduced in several countries, such as Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Hungary. myhive in Poland currently includes six offices with a total of around 110,000 sqm of leasable area, providing more than 9,500 people with ongoing access to the new facilities available thanks to the brand implementation.
myhive offices are distinguished by four features. The first feature is the hotel-inspired design, which is immediately evident on the first visit to a myhive building. It is reflected in a warm and friendly design among other factors, making tenants as well as visitors feel comfortable and encouraging them to stay longer. The second is attentive service, which means flexible and fast assistance for tenants wherever it is needed.
