IMMOFINANZ leased over 33,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw within the first 3 quarters

In three quarters of this year, IMMOFINANZ - one of the largest investors on the Warsaw office market, signed contracts within this segment for a total of over 33,000 sqm. The signed contracts evenly spread over the entire Polish capital’s portfolio of the investor, including buildings under the myhive brand including Warsaw Spire or EMPARK Mokotów Business Park. One fifth of the total leased space refers to new contracts, while the rest are the so-called extensions of existing leases.

One of the largest recent contracts signed as part of IMMOFINANZ's office portfolio concerns one of the Warsaw Spire tower tenant, which represents the IT sector. The company not only extended its lease to over 1,600 sqm, but also leased an additional 1,650 sqm, thus doubling its occupied space in the tower.

The numerous tenants who have extended their current lease agreements at IMMOFINANZ office buildings include, among others Orbium, a company specializing in consulting, which leases over 1,100 sqm at myhive Nimbus located at Aleje Jerozolimskie, or the logistics company Maersk, whose office space of over 900 sqm is located in the Orion building of the Mokotow’s EMPARK complex.

“In the context of tenants extending their contracts with us, we clearly see industries that despite COVID-19, are developing strongly. Representatives of these sectors also very often increased their occupied space. In case of new customers which we welcomed, we saw changes at the viewing stage, where a number of questions concerned the technical solutions of the building or safety issues. In this regard we offered convincing solutions”, commented Magdalena Kowalewska, Country Manager Operations Poland, IMMOFINANZ.
