In IMMOFINANZ's Hungarian office portfolio, several lease agreements and extensions for almost 21,000 sqm of space have recently been successfully concluded. Most of the company's Hungarian office buildings are currently fully let as a result. The myhive offices were already popular with tenants and the new myhive products offer even more attractive options: no long-term commitment is required, as the amount of leased office space and the rental period can be changed with much greater flexibility.
Since the beginning of this year, IMMOFINANZ has concluded new leases for around 5,000 sqm of space and extended existing leases for around 16,000 sqm, making a total of 21,000 sqm in their office buildings in Budapest.
The myhive Thirteen | Globe office building's main tenant, which is active in the public sector and leases more than 11,500 sqm, extended their lease in the first quarter of 2021. The myhive Greenpoint office building also gained a new tenant from the property development sector and an existing tenant, also from the public sector, extended their contract for 3,000 sqm.
The occupancy rate of both myhive buildings thereby became 100%. In the Office Campus located in South Pest, two existing tenants have also extended their contracts for nearly 1,500 sqm. Last month, myhive Haller Gardens was chosen as a headquarters by several new tenants, increasing the size of the leased area by a total of 4,500 sqm.
